Consider 1 heater for every 2 persons for open, outdoor area. If you have a table for 2 you need 1 Horizon heater. If you have outdoor space that accommodates 4 persons - you would need 2 heaters. For closed or covered areas you would need less, 1 heater for 4 persons.

Heater with power of 2000W can consume maximum 2000 Watts per hour or 2 kilowatts. Typically, you would be charged based on per hour consumption of electricity. Therefore you would pay for 2kw electricity for each full hour of heater on full power. 

Heat output remains the same. Air movement does not affect shortwave infrared. However, it affects you. Also known as apparent temperature, wind and air movement will change how you perceive environment and conditions.

If there are extreme conditions outside, heater won't help. Heater will work and emit heat as usual, but typically you would not feel comfortable in those conditions. Though our heaters are used at very high altitudes on mountains and ski resorts.

Yes, Stellar heaters are designed to work in any outdoor condition, rain or snow. As well as alongside high pressure misting systems which are used for outdoor cooling purposes.

Rapid heating and cooling makes metals susceptible to corrosion. That is why Stellar Horizon heater is made with stainless steel 304 body and non ferrous metal components. Yes, you can. Take into account that heaters have visible light output. So they will light the space up a bit.

Any certified electrician. In several countries we have network of electricians that we can recommend. Stellar has no benefit from installation service and we get no finders fee or any other benefit. We just want to make sure you get good overall experience with heater and installation.
